Production Assistant Internship

The Production Assistant internship position is available this summer semester. The intern will assist the production team with work that includes initiatives executed for assigned VisionPoint clients as well as internal VisionPoint Marketing initiatives. The intern will work with some of the best people in the business on locally, nationally and internationally recognized brands. This person needs to be well-organized, detail-oriented, and have a strong desire to learn. Strong written and verbal communication skills are a plus. This unique position will give the intern an opportunity to observe and participate in the inner-workings of a marketing agency and gain valuable experience in multiple departments.

Assist the production team (whether individually or in support of the production team) by/with:

  • Content population
  • Imagery management
  • Website auditing
  • Design support
  • Information architecture support
  • Quality assurance on all websites
  • Collection and organization of client assets
  • Other duties as assigned

Must Haves:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new software as needed.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to details.
  • Effective at multi-tasking
  • Works well in a team environment
  • Ability to work on-site in our Raleigh office for a minimum of 20 hours per week
  • A positive attitude

Big Pluses:

  • Comfort with digital imagery tools
  • Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS), HTML, and/or maintaining a blog

Compensation:

We gladly work with students wishing to receive college credit for their internship experience. Each internship offers a $100 weekly stipend.*
* In cases where interns receive college credit for their internship, a stipend is only provided if allowed by the university or college.
