Project Manager Intern

Based in Raleigh, North Carolina, VisionPoint Marketing is an online marketing solutions agency that provides the strategy, creative, and execution of integrated marketing programs for mid-sized organizations. The project manager internship position is available this spring semester (with the potential for the right candidate to move into a full time position with VisionPoint). The intern will assist the Project Manager with work that includes initiatives executed for assigned VisionPoint clients as well as internal VisionPoint Marketing initiatives. The intern will work with some of the best people in the business on locally, nationally and internationally recognized brands. This person needs to be well-organized, detail-oriented, and have a strong desire to learn. Strong written and verbal communication skills are a plus.

Specific Job Tasks:

Assist the project manager (whether individually or in support of the project manager) by/with:

The development of Microsoft Project Plans for clients, and with communicating timelines and deliverables to the rest of the team
Developing weekly client progress reports
Day to day client communications and the collection of client assets
Preparation of client proposals and presentations
Developing monthly client reports that reflect performance statistics against client success criteria
Coordinating and prioritizing jobs with Account Managers and VP of Strategy and Creative to ensure proper distribution of workload
Personally executing certain aspects of projects as needed, such as email campaign management and recommendations report
Other special projects that may arise
