Diane Kuehn, president and CEO of VisionPoint Marketing, has announced that the firm’s sponsorship of a team in the Pretty In Pink Foundation Inaugural Hike For Hope, held Saturday, Sept. 19 in Fred G. Bond Metro Park, located at 801 High House Road in Cary.  The Pretty In Pink Foundation (www.prettyinpinkfoundation.org) is a North Carolina 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides financial assistance, resources and support to underinsured and uninsured people diagnosed with breast cancer who reside in North Carolina.  The foundation provides access to breast cancer treatment and surgery through a network of state healthcare specialists.

“I am excited to pledge VisionPoint Marketing’s support to our friend Jean Coons of Affordable Dentures,” said Kuehn.  “Jean’s battle against breast cancer has inspired our team and the people in her life to raise awareness about the importance of this issue.”

 VisionPoint Marketing’s sponsorship honors long-time client Jean Coons of Affordable Dentures (www.affordabledentures.com), who has breast cancer and hosted a team in Saturday’s race. Pretty in Pink was founded in 2004 by Raleigh breast cancer surgeon Lisa Tolnich, MD after she began offering her services for free to women who had either delayed breast cancer treatment or who were considering interruption of treatment because of no insurance coverage.
