International Customer Management Institute (ICMI) is a Colorado-based operation offering call center support to companies around the globe. But in spite of its size and success, the company's website lacked direction and content structure.
What We Did
VisionPoint worked with internal ICMI stakeholders and partners, consulting on the information architecture, user interface and visual design of a new website, which included the following:
- Organization of content needs for the new site
- Development of content hierarchy based on user and business goals
- Determination of nomenclature, labeling and calls-to-action
- Identification of on-page content types
- Usability consultation
- Design concepts and final design
Following launch, the new site enjoyed the following stats:
- 35% increase in overall pageviews
- 61% increase in pageviews per visit
- 33% decrease in bounce rate (people leaving the website)
- 7% increase in average time on site
