Account Management and Communication
Because client communication is of the utmost importance to us, we build dedicated project management into our process. We provide a Senior Account Manager with a supporting Project Manager for adherence to our master project plan, day-to-day updates, weekly scheduled project reports, and vigilant communication of the status and completion of key milestones. And our executives aren't afraid to get their hands dirty - President and CEO Diane Kuehn and Vice President Tony Poillucci stay plugged into all our projects and will be part of the strategy and execution team throughout the lifecycle of the relationship.
The start of our process coincides with the receipt of the client's engagement approval. Your Project Manager will develop a customized, detailed project plan that includes task definitions, task dependencies, task responsibilities, milestones and deadlines. Our launch meeting ensures that our teams are on the same page regarding all aspects of the project, and then these project pillars are revisited in weekly project reports that are discussed during weekly conference calls.
